I was seen in their urgent care clinic. Very sweet and professional staff! They were quick but very thorough! I was in and out in about 30 min, which is great when you don't feel good.
Dr. Zecca and his staff are amazing!! Making everything so easy and so comfortable. We couldn't have asked for better service!
Love this place! They take the time to talk and listen! No run around and there is no pressure to get in and out. We got a follow up call the next day! Top Shelf care!
Amazing place and super amazing staff! After spending almost 3 hours at the Providence ER with my mom, we left and went to Premiere ER Plus and she was seen immediately. She was admitted to Hillcrest for further testing, but because a bed wasn't immediately available there, they allowed her to stay at Premiere until one opened up rather than going through their ER. We were very satisfied with whole experience at Premiere and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing emergency care!!
Excellent, excellent service! The staff and doctors were FANTASTIC! No waiting in a crazy hospital waiting room for service for us! This is the only way to GO!
I came into Premier close to midnight, in writhing pain with the mother of all migraines. The staff admitted me in a hurry, and in no time I was being treated. I can't imagine this happening at the big hospital's ER. Liz Fox
So thankful for this place! it beats going to sit for hours at providence or Hillcrest any day! They can do direct admits if need be, iv's etc; just amazing with kids too!!!
