Brought my 10 year-old stepson, James, to PremierER Urgent Care for a foot injury. He received excellent care from Meghan, PA, & his nurses: Alixz & Tiffany! His favorite part was X-ray, though, where Madeana took the time to let him look at his bones and gave him a quick lesson in foot anatomy! Thank you ladies for an awesome experience...

The staff here is wonderful! I'm not one that likes going to the doctor, but they made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended for any medical needs in this area.
So courteous, so fast, so helpful! It took me 3x as long to get my prescriptions filled vs the check-in, payment, triage, treatment process at Premier ER! And, apparently, that was the slow way since they asked if I wanted to sign up to be a Premier Member. They sent a card so it will go faster next time!!! I even got a follow up call the next morning to see how I was doing. What's not to love!?!? Thanks to the staff for getting it SO RIGHT!!! Highly recommend!!!

I was treated like an angel with everything I had going on. I Cannot say enough good things about this ER. Thank you to every single one of you who helped take care of me. ( I don't remember much because of the pain ) but I'm beyond thankful!
This is an absolute amazing place to go for emergencies. I can't tell you enough how much I love this place. The staff, doctors and nurses are always so kind and explain in detail what you need to know. They call the next day to make sure you are doing okay and immediately notify your family doctor so they are calling as well. We don't even think about any other ER when my family needs to go. This will always be our ER!
My husband took me to Premier ER at around 5am Saturday morning. I had back surgery a week and a half ago and was experiencing excruciating sciatic nerve pain that I tried for many hours before to manage/treat at home. Today I went to Providence ER plus and found out I had pneumonia. The staff was extremely caring and was very prompt at getting me the attention I needed. I want to thank all the employees from the bottom of my heart for all you did for me. Also a huge thank you to Debbie Gann for being an awesome and caring nurse. What a wonderful group of people.
