We worked with Faris to do a bridge loan to help buy out house. Faris was upfront about the costs of the loan. However, the payoffs that he created on the properties caused confusion with the escrow agent and it is still unclear if the prepaids were calculated correctly. Essentially, the payoffs caused the closing disclosures and final loan documents to be incorrect. In the end, I felt like i was paying more money than was required because escrow could not understand the payoffs.
