We went there to get her spacers put in. They informed us that they were not going to be open on the 24th for the work that she needed done after they put in her spacers. They could have called us and told us not to bother coming as the spacers need to be in a week, no longer. So, she had to get her spacers removed and we had to make another appointment to get them back in. Because, they failed to call us and tell us not to bother to coming; so, we wasted gas, energy, time etc

Worst dental and ortho place to use! Stay away! They are fraudulently charging money and refusing your service so your treatment is not done in time and then wanting to charge more on top of the 6880.00 you’re already paying. They REFUSED to see my child but still kept taking the payments out! They never return your calls! My child has had these braces since 2022 almost done paying already and has yet to have braces on the bottom and only has 3 bracets and a half wire on top. What is that doing for his teeth. The retainer doesn’t fit. They told her not to use it. I paid for a retainer that is unusable.

If I could give this place a negative ten I would. The orthodontist is the rudest most unprofessional man I have ever come in contact with. My sons wire broke and they tried to schedule us 2.5 months out and when we were finally seen he told my son he's a liar and to shut up, wires don't just fall out. My son left bawling begging me to never take him back and now I have no option as I've already paid for the majority of his treatment.

Continually am disappointed in the service and professionalism demonstrated at this business. I have debated for months on whether to terminate the contract or not and this might be the breaking point. My daughter had a broken bracket that was off for nearly a month because this place refused to fix it. Her teeth shifting back into overlapping during that time and a second bracket broke as well.
