Great staff
This was not the first bad experience we’ve had at this office, but it was the one that finally prompted me to leave a review. A male employee was rude during my visit, which immediately created an unwelcoming of atmosphere. Additionally, after I checked my child in using her name, the front desk employee repeatedly referring to her using “they/them” pronouns instead of the name provided. The orthodontist was very rude to my daughter and myself he made me feel like a bad mother and he should learn how to speak to people in a professional setting. I won’t be doing business there again after my daughters braces are removed.

We were double booked and waited 40 minutes past appointment time to be told it would be at least 20 more minutes before we were called back.

There was way too many people inside and outside. People were complaining that they have been there over an hour. That's over booking

My 9 year old daughter is a patient at children’s choice down the road. This is the second time the dentist there has referred us to premier. Both times have been because of one tooth coming in a little crowded with the others. The dentist makes these extreme “if you don’t get this fixed now” assumptions making one nervous and feeling pressured into getting braces asap.
