Horrible I feel so bad for my daughter nothing but issues from putting a bracket on her bby tooth and having that fall off to having a actual bracket fall off in the front to now the wire popping off completely the day after seeing them ! Nothing but issues and I’m sooooooo not happy I definitely will be finding another orthodontist for my other 2 kids ! Now my poor bby can’t even eat because the wire is poking her cheek 😡

The orthodontist didn’t even come see my son when he was in getting his adjustment. Every time we ask about how progress is going nothing is ever said. I was told my auto pay wasn’t working but money was taking out of my account just 12 days ago! The front desk is very unorganized!
We were refused service after having already provided a clearance and he was seen three other occasions, this created us having to pull him from school leave work early for the provider to refuse to treat him claiming they needed the letter to which they were already given previously. This continues we will seek services elsewhere,

There was never a consistent orthodontist available; every appointment there was a new doctor on duty and often times never the same one. I understand covering a doctor due to unforeseen circumstances time to time, but as far as my treatment, I’ve had 5 different orthodontists who I saw once and never again. There was a period (2 months) appointments were cancelled due to no doctor available nor was there a fillin. Overall prolonging many treatments and no reasonable viable alternatives were offered. Every time we have an appointment here it’s always something. Our appointment yesterday was no different. We were scheduled for 330 and we were not taken back until 430 waiting area. Cannot accommodate this many people and it’s very uncomfortable to sit there especially when we have to wait for over an hour for our appointment. it always seems like the office is understaffed. Our appointment was scheduled for 4:30 but were not seen until almost 5:30 because the orthodontist was in meetings. Our time is obviously not as valuable as the orthodontist’s. My husband got out of work early so he could bring our daughter to the appointment when he could have just left work on time considering the time we were actually seen. Next time please just reschedule or cancel our appointment so we don’t impose on the orthodontist’s schedule.

I really like this Doctor he is very professional he knows his job very well I wish he can stay in this office I love Kania she is very professional she knows her job very welll she is very knowledgeable about her job she is always whith a big smile my daughters love her she has patience with my daughters
