We were double booked and waited 40 minutes past appointment time to be told it would be at least 20 more minutes before we were called back.

There was way too many people inside and outside. People were complaining that they have been there over an hour. That's over booking

My 9 year old daughter is a patient at children’s choice down the road. This is the second time the dentist there has referred us to premier. Both times have been because of one tooth coming in a little crowded with the others. The dentist makes these extreme “if you don’t get this fixed now” assumptions making one nervous and feeling pressured into getting braces asap. The employees are very friendly, but I'm not giving 5 stars because most of the time I have to wait more than 20 minutes.
