The retainer doesn’t fit. They told her not to use it. I paid for a retainer that is unusable.

If I could give this place a negative ten I would. The orthodontist is the rudest most unprofessional man I have ever come in contact with. My sons wire broke and they tried to schedule us 2.5 months out and when we were finally seen he told my son he's a liar and to shut up, wires don't just fall out. My son left bawling begging me to never take him back and now I have no option as I've already paid for the majority of his treatment.

Continually am disappointed in the service and professionalism demonstrated at this business. I have debated for months on whether to terminate the contract or not and this might be the breaking point. My daughter had a broken bracket that was off for nearly a month because this place refused to fix it. Her teeth shifting back into overlapping during that time and a second bracket broke as well. My son had a bracket come off less than an hour after leaving his appointment. Every time he’s had his brackets put on one comes off in less than 24 hours. I have brought this up to the team and was told this is not a normal occurrence. I cannot believe that this is the doing of my child and must happen a lot more than it should. Hard to get good appointment time. One of the assistants seems clueless. We've seen at least 3 new dentists in less than a year.

Every time I bring my daughter in there, no one knows what’s going on. Her treatment has been pushed back for over 2 months because people at this facility keep “making mistakes” she finally got the piece for her mouth that we have been waiting on for over 2 months, then the doctor put it on her top teeth when it belongs on the bottom. Staff has very little knowledge of what needs done. I was told she could get her bottom braces on 2 weeks after the tops were put on. That was 3 months ago. Please don’t send your kids here. They are rough and totally incompetent, as well as dishonest. Worst experience ever.

Horrible I feel so bad for my daughter nothing but issues from putting a bracket on her bby tooth and having that fall off to having a actual bracket fall off in the front to now the wire popping off completely the day after seeing them ! Nothing but issues and I’m sooooooo not happy I definitely will be finding another orthodontist for my other 2 kids ! Now my poor bby can’t even eat because the wire is poking her cheek 😡

The orthodontist didn’t even come see my son when he was in getting his adjustment. Every time we ask about how progress is going nothing is ever said. I was told my auto pay wasn’t working but money was taking out of my account just 12 days ago! The front desk is very unorganized!
