My son’s wire broke on his braces. I had to try 3 phone numbers before I finally found one that was still connected to get ahold of someone. When we went in, the staff was surprised to see us because we weren’t put on the schedule. The staff complained openly about being overworked and were snappy with my son because they were upset we didn’t have an appointment (even though we were told to come in). The fix took about 5 minutes and we were in and out quickly but it was unprofessional behavior.

We continue to get pushed out due to over booking or the doctor being away. They’re over booked so they can’t give the care needed. We’re over a year past our date to remove braces and have been told different things every time concerning us they’re doing the right thing or not. Can’t wait to finish treatment and will not be taking our other children here

Where do I begin. My Invisalign treatment was suppose to take around two years, it took closer to seven. Once one doctor retired it was madness after, it was new practitioner's one after another, assistants didn’t know where I stood in my treatment and I had to repeat over and over and remind THEM what was going on. My appointment took 2 hours just to be referred somewhere else. The staff was very rude! I will never be back!

Horrible place. If I could leave 0 stars I would. If your going here do your self a favor and go get a second opinion. My son was going here for about a year and I just wasn't happy with their services they kept leaving wires in my son's mouth that were over a half an inch long. Finally went to go get a second opinion and they have widened his jaw so bad and so far that my son is now a candidate for jaw surgery at 13 years old. Before going to premier orthodontics he was not a candidate for jaw surgery. This is the worst ort... read more

My child's inside cheek is completely ripped due to the fact that they ran out of time to finish her and left a wire sticking out. Even after they where 45 minutes late for her appointment! The ladies in the back are extremely rude to the children, my daughter has expressed many times there not gentle and very aggressive while working on her. Also there conversations are not okay ! My child is bilingual and could understand all there inappropriate conversations she doesn't need to know of there weekends adventures!!!!
