I took my son there for an after hours emergency. We were in & our in less than an hour...fastest ER visit I’ve ever had. The staff were friendly & went over everything with me. Very nice facility.

My experience at preston hollow emergency room was a good one, as soon as i walked in a was greeted with a smile, the service i received was quick and everyone there was friendly and very professional, i received a quick diagnosis, was given medicine and now on my way to recovery and feeling much better, not that i want to be sick but if i ever need urgent care again, this will be the place for my cure.

This was the most professional and thorough ER vist I have ever had. No wait time, completed every test to rule out anything significant, gave me copies of my test results and followed up to see how I was doing. I'm from California and this has NEVER been an experience we would have there. Even though they could not find anything wrong (I still feel bad) at least I know they did all they could to help.
