This was the most professional and thorough ER vist I have ever had. No wait time, completed every test to rule out anything significant, gave me copies of my test results and followed up to see how I was doing. I'm from California and this has NEVER been an experience we would have there. Even though they could not find anything wrong (I still feel bad) at least I know they did all they could to help.
Everybody in the emergency room was very professional and attended.
I had an appointment with my old Primary care Dr., But they couldn't see me because they didn't accept my insurance anymore. I was afraid my ankle was broken. Selene talked to my daughter & said they took Scott and White and would see me right away. All the staff was wonderful! They even met my son-in-law in the driveway to help him get me in with the wheelchair! Everyone was so kind & good humored. The experience was so awesome. I felt welcome from the time I walked in to the time I left. The Drs were so attentive and caring. My visit was nice I will recommend them and will be returning if needed thank you.
Everyone was concerned about my health & gave me wonderful care.
I checked inn and seen real fast I would highly recommend this place. All workers where very nice and very helpful. They make sure that kept checking on me to make sure I was okay.
It was really clean and people looked very happy there explained what they were doing
