I signed in, and was walked back to the room immediately. Within a few minutes, I had been seen by the doctor, nurse and techs, and xray was being done. From sign in to discharge, it was about 35 minutes, and this included being fitted with an orthopedic boot. Staff was very friendly, Nurse Robin, xray tech Brandi, and medic Aaron were wonderful, and made me feel welcome. And the doctor spend time explaining the results of my tests to me. Overall, very positive experience!

Great treatment. Dr. Vela got me in and out in no time. Staff was professional, fun to work with, and actually made being sick... (IV, shots, and all) pleasant. Who knew? I really recommend this place. :)
I see some 1 star ratings and cannot imagine why. This place is amazing. No wait and amazingly attentive staff! I've been here twice and had to bring our child 3 times in the last two years. The nurses and doctors are always polite and professional. I'm so thankful for this location and would spend twice as much to not spend 7 hours in the waiting room of Medical City or Dallas Presbyterian.

This place is amazing. There was no wait time. The staff is very kind and cheerful. They took real good care of my son and I. I give them 10 stars. I highly recommend this place any day
I went in Christmas morning with a scratched cornea. The nurses and doctors were amazing. They quickly found the issue. So Merry Christmas to all of the medical personnel that takes care of us on Holidays.
