If you HAVE to go to the ER or see a Dr after hours, this is the place to go. We were in and out in less than an hour. Staff was great! Personable, caring, attentive and knowledgeable. Very clean and they had coffee, tea, water, snacks etc in addition to some nice little freebies upon leaving (lip balm, hand sanitizer, breath mints and chocolate candy) I won't think twice about where to go in situations like this.

When you happen to catch a sharp elbow at your weekly Thursday night basketball game, and you need some great medical care then you should go to the new Preston Hollow Emergency Room on Walnut Hill and 75. I just wanted to thank the doctor and staff for the attentive and effective care! I was injured in a fall over the weekend and came here to get checked out (better safe than sorry, especially since i banged my head on a rock). The staff were amazing. Such great care from the receptionist to the nurse, doctors, and X-ray technician who all helped me. Keep up the good work!
