Was welcomed by a very friendly and informative staff member. I had reserved the spot online and was called quickly after with further information of what I needed to do. I started moving in that afternoon!

I started a little late, so all the storage in Provo was full. I came to this one because it had a car storage lot. The people in the office were always friendly. So I left my stuff there and went back home (out of state). A few weeks in I got a letter that was asking me to move my car. Needless to say I was a bit upset. I can't fly back to Utah just to move my car... We got it straightened out and they just paved around my car. Needed small storage unit, quick!! I live in a 2-bedroom condo and had been using the second bedroom for storage. When my 16-year-old daughter returned from living with her father and decided to stay in Orem, I needed to get the room emptied, pronto, so that she'd have a bedroom. The employees were very helpful both on the phone and in person. I was in and out of the office quickly. My only complaint is that the unit doesn't have a light.
Secure, Friendly, Geat Price The staff is friendly and made the process of getting the unit easy. Only took about 15 min to get all set up. If that! I also noticed this place is a lot cleaner than the other facilities in the area and cheaper. We felt safe storing our stuff with them cuz they have cams all over the place running 24/7 and highway patrol right across the street. We would store with them again if ever needed in the future.
Easy, Quick, and Friendly We moved in with minimal wait. Storage locker was perfect for our needs, and we know it will be secure and waiting for us when we need to access it. thanks!
