They've been great to work with. I've had my storage unit for a year and am happy with the facility. The front office has always been available for my questions. It's kept clean and safe.

Great price, friendly people, clean space! The lady who helped me at the office was extremely nice and very organized. I was able to get the first month free because I'm a AAA member, and that was awesome!
Safe Location The aspect of the Stor'em in Orem facility that I most appreciate is how safe it is. There's a code to get in, and the facility sells very good locks at a discounted rate. The people were helpful, and I was overall pleased. I was surprised at how expensive my 5x5 unit is though, so be aware of that. Overall good experience!
It was a fairly past process. I liked it wished it was closer to BYU though
Ok experience A little frustrated that the facility didn't have it reservation. The service that I used to book the unit didn't update or information so the facility already rented the unit I had reserved. We ended up going with a little bit larger unit & all worked out in the end.
Not the nicest storage unit out there but on the cheaper end For our one month pre-move storage needs it has worked out perfectly (especially because its close to where we live.)
Simple and easy, except the lifting Staff made everything simple and easy that they could. The hardest part was moving all our books.
Very helpful and clean facilities. The staff explained everything very clearly and showed me around. They walked me through all of the steps and the code process. I was impressed with how clean everything was.
