Very unhappy with their quote and actual cost!! Management was terrible to work with. Zero customer service!
This is a very unfortunate situation. The quality of work was great, but when quoted $170 to clean windows, and actually charged $310 after the fact, thats when there is a problem. When I was originally quoted, the rep eddie was not clear in how they count windows. Instead of asking about pains of glass, he just asked total windows. It's almost like they do it purposely to get their foot in the door and jack the price up.. I wouldn't recommend this type of shady business practice.
