Absolutely horrible job. The windows were smashed it all over a fourth grader could've done better than on top of that. They have the nerve to keep sending text messages soliciting to do the windows over again ha ha just a horrible experience. Don't waste your time or money.

You will NEVER get off their call list. I haven’t lived in the area for over 7 years and I STILL receive calls even though I have constantly been asked to be removed.

Very unhappy with their quote and actual cost!! Management was terrible to work with. Zero customer service!

This is a very unfortunate situation. The quality of work was great, but when quoted $170 to clean windows, and actually charged $310 after the fact, thats when there is a problem. When I was originally quoted, the rep eddie was not clear in how they count windows. Instead of asking about pains of glass, he just asked total windows. I feel compelled to share the entirety of our unfortunate experience with Dan Mercurio from Compass Mortgage, as it goes beyond just non-payment and includes manipulative and unethical behavior. Not only did he strong-arm our company into providing additional services without fair compensation, but he also resorted to extortion tactics by threatening to leave slanderous reviews if we did not offer his client a $30 discount.
