I had sent pix of all sides of the house which clearly showed the four downspouts. Using my site survey I had determined the linear feet of gutters . Don’t know what more I could have done to disclose the scope of the work on my one story home. I was quoted $160. Then quoted $165. The service provider arrived at around 10:30-11 am for a 4 pm appointment, while I was dealing with another person who was repairing the paver ribbon along the driveway. I told the service person that I would be paying with a check and they gave me a hard time. The first time I used your service I used a check and it cleared with no problem.I feel that your attitude is very un business like and unprofessional.

We were previous customers, and all you gave us was One price that was higher than the last few and would not budge. Too late we found someone else.

We had 8 very high inside and outside windows washed. We were told by the service man to next time tell them we had hard water marks to clean. I would have thought he would have had cleaning solutions with him to do the job. He did get the majority of the window cleaned but left an edge around each window unclean and still marked. I did notify the company manager by email and even sent pictures. He never got back to me with a satisfactory response. Will not use this company again. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Tried to do bait and switch. I had a written signed quote from the representative who came to my house and they still wanted to charge three times the amount. I have been spreading the word through social media to avoid this coming

Worst window cleaning ever! 1) Worker broke over half my screens by forcing them out- not using the simple latches. 2) paid extra to clean screens- they just hosed them off. Still filthy. They needed to be cleaned. Not a mere spray of water. 3) Told the company exactly what happened and no response. I have been bombarded with spam calls, emails and texts from this unreliable company and can’t block or unsubscribe enough. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The actual cost of the service was almost triple the quote I received. I contacted the office to discuss the situation and every response I received was pushed back to me to follow through on. I have requested to be removed from the email list and text message list yet I continue to receive messages. I will never use this company again. Remove me from everything!

Used this company in Illinois over four years ago. Not satisfied with the job. Awful customer service and they have been sending emails ever since. Can’t get rid of them. Have moved thousands of miles away and still they hound me. Wish they would stop.
