Incomplete work even though we paid in full. The technician came very late and didn't finish the job. I tried to call and reschedule but the second technician tried to ask my wife for more money. I tried to call the 800# to sort it out but was given the run around and never received a call back. Very lousy communication and complete lack of accountability. Will avoid this company moving forward.

Prime Time spoke with me on Tuesday and we agreed to a service call around noon on Wednesday. Roman showed up at 9:00 am! I’m not sure whose error this was, but it threw my schedule off which was so inconsiderate!
They were here for 10 minutes. They were on roof & did not use hose to clean gutters. I got the pics after they left & only one gutter looked a little wet. They should have hosed the gutters all the way around and they did not not there was not a lot of leaves everywhere but they still should’ve washed down all the gutters. I paid 152.00 and they couldn’t even even wash down the gutters..the one part the did use the hose they left all the mud inside of the hose that was on the ground. Asked for an estimate and they said they can’t do a 2 story colonial. I told them it was a standard house but they insisted that doesn’t matter

For over 4 years I have put emails and texts to Spam yet they still continue. Management was useless. I thought dealing with Arlington Hghts location yet responses and service from Chicago. No resolution from this scam owner. My experience was horrendous and a bait and switch. Workers were 4 hours late, did a substandard job and didn't clean up after themselves. I specifically provided with the correct # of windows , quoted a price yet charged almost double.

When the window washer showed up to clean the windows he informed me that the screens, sills were not included. Before booked I specifically asked for the total price. Complete bait and switch.

The screens and tracks are indeed an additional service, and I’m sorry if that wasn’t made clear during the initial booking process. BIG mistake! I asked for an estimate to have our windows and rails cleaned. The woman on the phone quoted $180 for the work & sent an estimate via email of the same. There was NO MENTION that the rails would be an additional cost or that the technician would go over this with me at the time of service! When the technician arrived, he did not review the work with me & instead just got started. When finished, he told me that my invoice to be paid was $330! ALMOST DOUBLE!
