Windows were clean, no streaks but the quoted price was less than the tech charged us. There were no problems encountered so we weren't happy about the price increase. Also, we were unaware that checks were not accepted.
The guys who cleaned my windows, Juan & Jose did a fantastic job. Polite & throe. I will be calling them to clean my gutters Once all the leaves have fallen.

Left debris on driveway. I was told rain would wash it away. I got rid id it with the hose myself. Spent more time on sales pitch for some type of guard for leaves than cleaning. I will not use them again.
The price I was charged was not what I was quoted. The work was good. The extra fees were not. I will not be using them again

Incomplete work even though we paid in full. The technician came very late and didn't finish the job. I tried to call and reschedule but the second technician tried to ask my wife for more money. I tried to call the 800# to sort it out but was given the run around and never received a call back. Very lousy communication and complete lack of accountability. Will avoid this company moving forward.

Prime Time spoke with me on Tuesday and we agreed to a service call around noon on Wednesday. Roman showed up at 9:00 am! I’m not sure whose error this was, but it threw my schedule off which was so inconsiderate!
They were here for 10 minutes. They were on roof & did not use hose to clean gutters. I got the pics after they left & only one gutter looked a little wet. They should have hosed the gutters all the way around and they did not not there was not a lot of leaves everywhere but they still should’ve washed down all the gutters. I paid 152.00 and they couldn’t even even wash down the gutters..the one part the did use the hose they left all the mud inside of the hose that was on the ground. Asked for an estimate and they said they can’t do a 2 story colonial. I told them it was a standard house but they insisted that doesn’t matter
