I had a horrible experience with a groupon. I bought a groupon that included hair, makeup and lashes. I was given a choice of lashes. When I was checking out, I was never informed that the lashes I chose were not part of the groupon. The website, board I chose the lashes from, or the people working there informed me that there would be an additional cost. They charged me $30 extra dollars. This was my first time at A blow dry place. I was happy they had an appointment available spur of the moment! I came in and was greeted with A smile! The place is clean and well organized! My gal took me right away. The shampoo was great! I would have liked A little more neck massage with the conditioning treatment, yet is was better than most salons I've been too! My GO TO when I'm feeling lazy (which is more often than not). For me, it's usually just a quick curl but if you need a wash and style or full face of makeup, this is where you want to go. Comfortable, convenient and friendly.

I enjoyed this place a lot! Plus is you actually get to speak w/ someone live on the phone in the store not like their competitors who have 800 number in a call center. Made appointment last minute on New Year's eve. Of course they were booked but took my name in case of cancellation & sure enough I got an appointment. The stylist was fast, professional & did a great job! I'll definitely be back. My hair looked great!

I had an excellent experience. The stylist was friendly, conversational and my hair looked great. I had my makeup done as well by a professional makeup artist who did wonders. They don't always have a makeup artist there to do the makeup so be sure to as first if it will be a regular employee doing the makeup or a professional makeup artist. The price is also very reasonable.

Let me just say, I'm black :) and I have super big extra curly kinky hair. If you are African American you can probably relate to my initial concerns about a blow bar. I am only visiting Phoenix for the week and needed help straightening my hair. My experience was amazing. Rachel is amazing. I walked in feeling so stressed out and tired. With her scalp massage and hair skills she immediately made me feel at peace! I highly recommend her. This was my first time here but it certainly won't be my last! Now I look and feel like a princess!
