Always the best service here, couldn't ask for better! My hair feels amazing every time I walk out of their doors, and looks great to boot :) and I've never had to wait to be seen or had it take longer than expected, which is rare for a hair place around here! Love you primp and blow!!

I was able to make an appointment online for the very next day. (Booking online is always a plus for me!) I arrived a few minutes early and was taken right back to a chair and offered a mimosa. We talked a few minutes about my hair and what style I was looking for, and then the stylist took me back for a shampoo. I opted for a blow dry with a braid add-on and my hair turned out great! If I lived in Houston I would be tempted to come back every week. My only suggestion is to open a location in Phoenix.

I was so excited to find this place girl says okay we can get you in in 10 minutes then comes back and says oh I made a mistake we can get you in a hour ;( there was no one in the salon and 3 people there didn't make sense

I have been going to this shop for about 2 years. I usually have a decent to a really great experience here with the exception of Bryce, the manager. Anytime he interacts with me, he comes off really condescending and outright rude. One example was when I used a promotion that was texted to me. I booked the appointment online as it stated you needed to in order to receive the promotion. When I get t the counter he tries to charge me full price. My first experience at Primp and Blow was great. My hair was done in beach waves just like I asked and product was placed in my hair and it kept the curl all night. I also had my make up done by a talented stylist that worked there ( I wish I knew her name because I would say ONLY go to her). I felt beautiful and felt great about returning and spending another 125 dollars to get the same treatment again. My second experience however, on June 9th 2017 was over the top disappointing. Went in for a blow out for a wedding. Asked to have my hair blown out with a round brush and then have loose curls. She curled my hair with the round brushes and didn't event go over it with an iron so instead of it looking like I asked (curls) it just looked like my ends were flipped out. She was not accommodating at all for she never asked me if she could fix anything and I was very clear how I wanted my hair and it was definitely not what I asked. Left this place in tears only to have to go home and fix the mess Sherill made! This was my 2nd time at the Camelback/20th st location since they opened...still horrible service. My appt was at 1:30pm and I didn't get seen until 1:50, and Sherill didn't even apologize for the wait. I booked my appt online and all that was available was a "Dry style" which meant I was to come with my hair clean and dry & they would style it. I told Sherill I wanted loose waves and NO ringlets.
