absolute worst service ever. i would never reccomend to anyone. 2 hours before our appointment on prom day they called to cancel with no options what so ever to help get my daughters hair done. so we were left with no appoinment on her prom day and ruined this day. wtf!!!!!
Got my hair and makeup done here for my engagement photo shot. My hair was done so nice, but the makeup was a rough match. Had to go home and try to blend my neck into my face. I wouldn't recommend for girls who are on the lighter side of the foundation scale. I would get my hair done here again.
I've been to this location only once and bought my mom a gift card here last year for her birthday. My mom loved it! She went before her birthday dinner and was treated like a queen. For my appt: I'm running maybe a minute late getting to the salon, and a girl answers hello? And I ask, is this prim and blow? This is my first review. Unfortunately, my experience was so poor that I had to write a review. The people were pleasant. But lack legitimate experience. I had someone do my hair and my makeup. I figured I'd give this a try since I was going to an event after work and didn't have the time to drive home and drive back to the event. Now, the person who who did my hair, blew dried it. If i could give them negative stars I would. Went here for make up for a holiday party. The girl didn't use any concealer don't think she even primed my skin the lashes were not on right and she made my checks look like a clown bright pink. The eye liner was not even winged out. Honestly I'm not good at makeup and I would have done a better job. I went with a group of girls, all getting up-does for a wedding. At least 3 of us were disappointed with the results-- the stylists did what they wanted, not what we asked for-- and one girl didn't get around to make up in spite of having an appointment, and she was made to feel entitled for asking when they would be able to do her. I might go back for other services if all of us hadn't also been charged a 20% tip without being asked how much we'd like to leave.
Camille was my stylist and absolutely fabulous! She was attentive, friendly, and careful! I have extensions and she did not pull them at all! If you want a suggestion for a stylist, I would definitely ask for Camille!!
It looks fantastic. I came in for a formal night and my hair and makeup look super great. I asked for a light smoky type eye and it's exactly what I got.
