Went in wanting volume and curls/waves (I don't have them naturally), left with almost my exact same hair going in but cleaner and teased. I went here for the first time this weekend. Never having been in to a blow dry bar, I really had no idea what to expect. I had scheduled a dry style and got there 15 min. ahead of my appointment time. Despite this, I was taken back 10-15 min late. I originally didn't mind because it seemed to be a busy day. I've been coming to Primp and Blow Phoenix for a year now and love it! Aubrey is the absolute best. She nails every look from work to wedding to bachelorette party. I've even gone to her on a Friday night before a redeye to the east coast and my hair still looked amazing by a Saturday night wedding. Overall the salon is clean, friendly and always buzzing! I've gotten blow outs at many salons across the country and this is by far my favorite.

First time ever at this location. I did not have an appt. I called and they gave in one 45 min later. That was awesome. Great location right on Camelback. My how Town and Country has changed. For the better I might add as well. Anyway , lots of great parking right in front.The place is beautiful inside. All Tiffany Blue and white. I love the Blow dryers hanging down from the ceiling. If you read any of my other reviews, most start out by saying the business was discovered on Groupon. This one is no exception. I had heard of this type of service, but was a bit skeptical, especially having thick hair. Definitely not paying sticker price for something I was hesitant on. 3.5 stars. The experience begins and ends with the front of the house and neither person at the front desk welcomed me with a smile or wrapped up the transaction with a thank you. No one bothered to tell me about the membership options. I didn't know that I would be seeing two different people for services. The guy who did my blow out did a great job, then he disappeared and I was ushered to the make up area by another girl. No thank you, no have a good night. I was able to get a last minute appointment for a blow out last Saturday. It was busy in the salon and it's a very small space but well used. They offer a drink to start- soda, water, etc- and I always enjoy the warm towel during the wash. Great magazines to read and my gal wasn't chatty so I could just relax with my session. Overall a really good experience and a great blowout!

My daughter wanted her hair "blown out"... and I have to admit, I was skeptical. But this spot had a great online appointment registration, was very clean, and we had a very timely hair do! The young man who helped us was friendly, did a great job with her hair, and it was all painless :-)

I just received a shampoo and blowout by Vincent and absolutely loved it! I get my hair blown out a few times a month and I've tried a few different places but this is my favorite. He was super nice and I will definitely be back to see him again! My hair is smooth, nicely curled and looks really healthy! Thanks Vincent!
