This review is pretty much for the gentleman who did my service, he was amazing and deserves 5 stars. Everything else was a bit off. I purchased a Groupon months before and decided to use it the day before we flew to HI on vacation. With a 6 AM flight, no one wants to be awake let alone get up and do their hair. I don't like to write bad business reviews ~ however, I've always felt like you're doing NO ONE any favors when you say NOTHING about bad, or non existent service ~ esp. when something BETTER comes about bc of it! I went into Primp & Blow at 7:30pm on Saturday night ~ it was my birthday & the friends we were going to meet for dinner cancelled ~ so we had extra time & I've always wanted to go to one of these Blow Dry Bars since hearing about the concept. Fun experience! This was my first time at a "Blowout Bar" and everything went great. I had a wedding to attend in Sedona that night and thought it would be way easier to have my hair done than haul all my styling products, irons and dryer up to the hotel. I love getting blow outs when I'm out of town on vacation. It feels great to be pampered. Saw this place on Yelp and made my appointment on Yelp. The place is inside a nondescript strip mall next to a Dunkin donuts. The decor is very cute with tall ceilings. The place was clean which is very important when you have hair being tamed everywhere. Apparently didn't want any new business. When we were asked if we had an appointment and said no the girl at the front desk simply stated that she had an appointment at 3:45 and walked away

Thought they did a great job and the prices are very reasonable. $35 for blowout including shampoo and conditioner! It took about 40 minutes.

I had been wanting to try this place for a while. I finally made an appointment and went in. Delia was my stylist. She didn't seem put off by my hair. I have a lot of it, it's thick and wavy/curly. She did a great job straightening it for me. I would recommend going in. It's an indulgence that I wish I could partake in weekly.

I needed a place to do my hair for my engagement photos. I check on yelp and found this place close to home. Here is my problem: I have lots and lots of hair so I am a little hesitant to have anyone do my hair and sometimes, I feel like I get charged much more because I have too much hair.
