I made my appt on-line, & had no issues. All staff were courteous & helpful. Dr. Smith was excellent---very professional and caring. She listened to my concerns, & explained everything in an easy to understand way.

I was seen within 45 minutes of making an appointment online at Prisma Health Urgent Care in Powdersville. Checking in online made the check-in at the facility easy. Tammy called me back to an exam room quickly. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease. Nicole (I hope I’m remembering right) was wonderful, thorough, and explained how she looks at the urine results to determine the specific type of antibiotic that would be most effective. My visit couldn’t have gone any better! 5 stars 🌟
