Appt was easy to make on line, along with forms needed. Was taken back within10 minutes; HOWEVER, after stats were taken, I was left sitting in exam room for a FULL HOUR. I went back to a desk and ask if they had forgot me & they said they’d “let urgent care desk know”. Within 5 mins x-ray entered & took me in back. Stat nurse & x-ray were very nice, but the hr waiting was TERRIBLE PRACTICE TIME. (Waiting area had very few and did not seem to be for urgent care, possibly other /Ortho,Lab,etc.,as I was taken ahead of those)... read more
