All staff from check in, vitals, to the actual provider assessment was smooth and thorough. Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable!

I was seen by Ellie Lohnes and she was wonderful! I can’t remember the name of the young lady who took my blood pressure and did the throat swab, but she was absolutely precious. Both of these ladies were so kind and did everything they could to help me. I have never had a bad experience with any prisma office!

Front desk clerk was very friendly with checking me in quickly. Wait time was very quickly as well . The nurse that seen me was very friendly and informative with my care . The Dr was very thorough with answering all my questions and concerns. Just a great place to be seen when you need care !!

Thank you all for the way you handled my visit. The receptionist, triage nurse and the NP, Dana Armand Graham, were all fantastic. The receptionist was helpful and warm, the triage nurse put me at ease while mindfully gathering data and the NP was intuitive, patient, and really read between the lines — which is something I don’t come across often. From the moment I entered the receptionist was nice and pleasant and made everything so easy, the wait time was short, everyone including the doctors where nice and helpful and positive I definitely recommend and definitely will go back in the future
