The man who checked me in was so friendly and complementary. I think his name was Frederic. . He took me to a room shortly after I arrived and checked in, and was so accommodating. I had to wait quite a while in the exam room, but while I was waiting the nurse practitioner, whose name was Katie, came in and told me she was sorry for the wait, but I would be the next one seen. . Today’s experience was great but unfortunately it was a repeat visit due to my visit 2 days ago not being completed accurately. It was an MRO drug screen to return to work.

I was seen within 45 minutes of making an appointment online at Prisma Health Urgent Care in Powdersville. Checking in online made the check-in at the facility easy. Tammy called me back to an exam room quickly. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease. Nicole (I hope I’m remembering right) was wonderful, thorough, and explained how she looks at the urine results to determine the specific type of antibiotic that would be most effective. My visit couldn’t have gone any better! 5 stars 🌟
