These are great for labels I've used these things over the years for multiple jobs and always loved them, they're easy to use and figure out. They aren't overly complicated like other label maker out there

How did I go without for so long? I wish I would've had this years ago. Works well and is easy for the most part. The biggest issue I have (which is my own ignorance) is how to prevent so much wasted space when not needed or to add more when needed. I love that it can work with AC or batteries both! Handy little gadget that has many uses.
It's ok...could use some more features It's the quality that you would expect from brother. My only real complaint is that it does not automatically cut the label for you like my previous label maker. That means you cannot automate your big batch job of lables at all and that's where this unit comes up short. Wish I realized that before I purchased, but if you are fine with cutting your own labels or using the built-in, button push cutter, you are good to go.
Easy to use I have been using this for everything from labeling my kids computers to making Christmas labels to marking garden plots. This is easy to use fun to figure out different fonts and formats to use, but if I want something specific I do look at the manual to make sure I’m printing what I want.
Makes great labels I was replacing a similar unit that was battery only. This unit allows power via an electrical outlet. However, the price for this feature is fairly high. The machine makes great labels, but there is a lot of waste to the tape. Best if you have to make several labels at once and can cut them apart after minimal spacing between titles. Otherwise there is a lot of blank space before and after your typed info and the refils are fairly expensive.
Great labelmaker Great label maker. I'm so glad I purchased this model which uses 1/2 in and 3/4 in label sizes. Easy to use, lots of fonts. It does use a lot of tape, but the end product is so professional looking.
A great label maker for the price. It works well for size and font labels. The only fault I have with it is the long piece of label prior to printing. It requires manual trimming to center the label. It's a fine little machine that meets my needs.
Familiar to me from my prior use I was happy to get the machine for home use. But, the sample tape, for whatever reason, completely jammed on first use and now the layers of tape are out of alignment so that has to be thrown out. I think the tape size is bigger than usual as part of the cassette is cracked. I had ordered a separate tape but too bad to have to dispose of this one.
