Machine works great but.... So the machine is great but i received a broken "sample" ribbon ??? And...the extra ribbon i ordered was supposed to be clear with black ink but instead i received white with black ink??? Doesn't anyone quality check these packages before they ship?
Didn't need to read the manual So easy to use. So man font options and sizes. I love labeling everything in my classroom with this one! Love it!

I love it . This is what I've been looking for for a long time. Your browser does not support HTML5 video. It makes it easier for me to mark things up and there are tons of typefaces to choose from. Worth the price. Although it's a bit of a waste of tape
