Would highly recommend this printer. Great printer for all your labeling needs. Many features I find very helpful are the lite up viewing screen and the optionional power cord as well as battery.

Takes 1" Tapes I was looking for a P-Touch that would t make 1" tapes, and this one does it.

Very good unit. Prints Very good unit. Prints , either 1/2" or 1" tape of your choice. Best used with ac adapter. Lots of options available but need practice!

PTD600 Brother This is my favorite Brother P Touch, and my third in a long many years of using label makers. This has more features and connect to other electronics for easy usage. You can use different sizes of cartridges depending on your needs. The power functions are great so you won't eat through batteries like on the cheaper units. The color LCD is easier on the eyes for large projects. This thing is awesome. My only moderate complaint is that the frames ... This thing is awesome. My only moderate complaint is that the frames are not very creative. The functionality of the label maker itself, though, is terrific. Perhaps a little heavy, but nothing unlivable.
