Easy to Use and Convenient I have never owned a label maker before, as I usually print labels from my computer. I love my new Brother PTD600 label maker. Not only does it produce high quality labels, but it is so convenient. The PTD600 was easy to use right out of the box. Full-Featured Label Maker is Easy to Use First, my quibbles. The unit is relatively big and quite heavy, and the keyboard is extremely slanted. Presumably the slant was intended to make it easier to type on, but if you type at that angle you are probably familiar with carpal tunnel and wear a wrist brace when the pain gets really bad. great product We have owned Brother label mkers before but this one surpasses them all. It is a stand alone or can be connected to a computer to create all kinds of labels. As a stand alone, it makes wonderful labels in different size fonts. A great product.
You can make labels to your heart's content! The main reason I gave this label maker 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is GIANT. It reminds me of a mini-typewriter! Great, sturdy label maker. Lots of choices. Easy to use. Computer interface makes it even easier. I have another Brother label printer and have enjoyed using it. This one if far superior. It is a very sturdy machine, compact and does an excellent job. It is heavier than the other one I have, but I like that since it won't move around as I am typing the text for my label.
