Barely readable display Very hard to see and read the b/w display and the actual results that are printed out ...even worse. poor quality. I guess I'm going to have to spend the extra money and get the next model up. I thought this one would have been so much better. So disappointed!

Waste of money This label maker sucks. I've tried 2 different types of label tape, the first was recommended to buy and the second an Amazon employee promised would work. Neither work!!! I needed this for my job and it has been such a HASSLE just getting the labels to print. Just says "no cassette" over and over again. Will be purchasing a different brand 🤬
Deceptive marketing by brother - shows no wasted tape in main product image The main product image of this label maker shows no wasted tape when printing label. But in reality it wastes a lot of tape on both sides of the label. Clearly they cut out the margin and then took a picture of the product, there by misleading the customers. Either show the actual image of the label or don't show the label at all.
Terrible, Terrible Margins Don't buy it if you aren't looking to use scissors on every last label. There are settings to adjust margins. They only adjust one side. One short margin and one long margin. Terrible design by choice. There's no reason for it to work like that.
Wastes so much label This thing works fine - but as far as I can tell there's no way despite messing with settings to reduce the margins on both sides. It really feels like Brother specifically made this thing to waste as much label as possible to sell more labels.
Never worked—straight out of the package!!! I recently bought this product. I put in brand new batteries and the display is saying “battery Empty” at times when I press the “on” button nothing shows in the display. I have to call this one a loss. But I am heartbroken. I live all the way in Jamaica and so it will be difficult to get a return. Im very disappointed. I was really looking forward to enjoying my purchase :(
