Disappointed. Was pretty excited for to create labels easily from my phone! Love my og Version, so I thought I’d be into this. Unfortunately was super underwelmed. It felt like my 10 year cousin created the app, 10 years ago. It’s so basic it was kinda shocking. The machine uses the same tapes as normal. Awesome Idea, terrible execution Awesome Idea, terrible execution. The amount of time it takes from clicking "print" to getting a label is ridiculous. On top of that, it locks you in the app so you cant even start the next lable

The charger is missing In the description of the item it is clearly stated that it includes the charger, but this one is not in the box.
AC adapter We just received our P touch cube however it says that there is supposed to be a 9 V AC adaptor and it was not included. We were disappointed to find that it was missing when the website said it was included

almost perfect, except the big but. expect to buy a lot of tape. it does the job... but waste sooo much tape you can select the ending to cut off but every beginning leave so much blank space I have to cut with scissors.
