Wasted tape Seems to work well only problem we found was once your label is done, the next label you make is about 1/4 before any letters are typed on so your wasting all that tape in front.
No adapter included Shows in the description that it includes the ac adapter. Disappointed when I received my package that it doesn't include the adapter and that I have to purchase it separately. False advertising
NEEDS INTERNET AT ALL TIMES TO WORK AT ALL. Dumb that it wont work without an internet connection. Is a nice model that has some good features on the app. Eats batteries and even with brand new ones, needs plugged in most times. Wont buy again
not reliable Blue tooth keeps disconnecting from connection, tape continually gets tangled and unable to produce label
Looks great but why no adapter??? This is bizarre.... I read former reviews stating no adapter was included. I was hopeful the manufacturer listened and that the unit was now packaged WITH the power adapter. This is like a kid getting a toy on Christmas with no batteries :( Anyway, I am purchasing one now off Amazon. Can't comment on the performance of the labels but I'm excited to get going. It really looks like a snazzy Apple product.
Bad quality I bought this product because this is the only label maker that I found can connect to smart device. However, the second time that I used it, it stopped working. The ink ribbon (black tape) got caught in between the tape layers and the tape cannot be used cause it is all black. Tried to fix it by myself based on the trouble shooting guide. But failed to fix it. It is hard to imagine that a label maker can only be used once and broken. Not recommended!
I kept it as I couldn't find a better alternative... A product that I am really struggling with. It's not perfect. Waste a lot of paper. Every time I have to reconnect the Bluetooth...
DO NOT BUY Incompatibility with new software. Brother Print and Scan 5.6.0 is what my phone suddenly told me I needed. OK. But the new software for this device will not recognize this bluetooth cable printer. Only wifi printers! I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
No adapter Like many others have said, it does not come with an adapter. Amazon either needs to update the description or include one!
