The high review score is fake This is a terrible product. It was a pain to get working at all and when we finally got it to stop cutting every print off halfway through, the best we could get, as two software developers, was to let it give like a two inch lead and asymmetrically short end behind the print. The reviews on this have to be fake. Total Ripoff.
Terrible product. Complete waste of tape and time. I cannot recommend this product. It waste much too much tape. When you cut the label it cuts halfway through your label. When you feed it forward manually, you waste an extra inch of tape. then, you have to take scissors and trim it off. Complete waste of tape and time.
Wastes tape, cutting lever is alsmost useless. Just received the device, and the first impression is far from stellar. The cutting mechanism is absolutely abysmal, it feeds about 1" of tape to align the right side of the label with it's blade, leaving about an inch of wasted tape at the left side of each label (the tape is fed right to left), which cannot be cut with the cutter. Not do easy to use Not so cool
Not recommended! i have 4 extra label tapes and It already break 1 of it when I first try this machine. the front was unclear and too small when you set to print double line! the label format /design setting was complicated.
Bluetooth自動でつながらない Bluetoothが毎回使う時に自動的に接続せず、めんどくさいです。
GARBAGE No desktop software so you can't use a PC to print and the mobile phone (Brother p touch Print & Design) doesn't download properly or work correctly. This is a waste of time and energy and was released into the market without working software and Brother offers no support for this device.
WASTES SO MUCH TAPE. I have to agree with a review that had been previously written by another customer. For every single label, Brother manufactures this product to have the user intentionally waste their tape. I did find a way to work around it—by printing out multiple labels as one “strip”, and pressing the space bar 4-5 times between each one. That process is so extra and unnecessary, though. Meh I liked the size and portability of this label maker. It was cool that I could use it around the office either plugged in or on battery. It was neat that I could design labels with custom fonts and boarders and even add emojis if I wanted. What I didn’t like was that it was reliant on Bluetooth (no way to print from a computer) and the Bluetooth connection times out. I know it’s to save battery but something like that could be controlled through a setting on the app. My biggest issue is the amount of tape that is wasted ... read more
