Don’t waste your money on this machine. I hate this label maker and am so upset I spent my money on this. I thought it would be great to use it wirelessly with my iPad. That turned out to be a hassle to have to get my iPad every time I want to print a quick label. The machine wastes ALOT of tape before and after the actual word(s). The fonts all print at different sizes and you never know the actual size until you print it out. The size on my iPad screen is NOT the size it actually prints at.
Type is TOO SMALL to be useful for a variety of projects This is only a benefit if you want to be able to set up from you phone. In every other way my old brother is better. On this machine the type is SMALL and does not have many options. I am so disappointed with this machine. I missed the return window hoping it would grow on me but it is at the back of my supply closet and I have taken out my old handheld brother instead.
Brainless. This is what a label "machine" (really a printer) should be. 'Nuff said - place your orders and up your efficiency 100%. LOVE this.
Warning: Does NOT work with computer!! It is really too bad that Brother doesn't release drivers for Windows and Mac for this product. If they did, it might be very useful as a portable label printer. But they didn't. This isn't a terrible product, but given that crippling limitation, it isn't that great. The print quality is satisfactory, but not wonderful. It only works on narrow labels 12mm (1/2") or less in width. And for all of that, it isn't that much smaller than some good label printers. Be Warned.... Received this for Christmas to work with my iPod. It DOES list that it works with iPod , iPad and iPhone. Nowhere did I see it specified that it will only work with IOS 10.0 or higher. My iPod Touch software IS up to date ...but it's at IOS 9.3.5 And...guess what? Amazon doesn't offer the app to operate it. So I'm dead in the water here.

I purchased the cube a few months ago and the cube prints just fine. The app is buggy( at least with iOS anyway). Keeps changing tape size/ font in between printing labels which is quite frustrating. Durability issue. After using for a less than year, mine doesn't work anymore.
