In and out, safe and reasonably priced! The wait time at the airport wasn't bad at all, just be sure to speak to a person when calling from the airport! The people at the desk aren't always clear, but that's the only downside.
Excellent customer service from beginning to end and I've used them 3 times to date. The employees are efficient and friendly. I felt like I was in good hands throughout and 1 trip including a thanksgiving weekend. I had 1 issue where I was confused about late pickup and they resolved it in my favor. Bravo!!! You couldn't ask for more
A little tricky to find but lots of parking spaces and reasonably priced. Shuttle to the airport comes quickly.
Excellent experience. They were professional. They processed my car fast upon arrival and promptly took me to the airport. Upon my return I called the number and the van was waiting for me. My car was ready for me to drive off once I paid my bill. This is the second time I have used them and would continue to park my car at this garage. Would recommend.

I was as skeptical as anyone could be about this offsite airport parking service for long term with a clunky and confusing name, but if you follow the rules and prompts, you will be successful. But make a reservation online. Uae google maps to help familiarize yourself with street view, as there are many similar services. Arrive. Head into the office trailer. Great service and I have to commend my attentive driver last night, Rodney Nelson! He waited for me as my family's bags didn't all arrive. I asked them to call to let me know they were outside so I could go with them and get my car rather than wait for all the bags. It was quick service. My car was waiting for me, started up and ready to go! Rodney unloaded my bags and waited for me to lead me back to the airport the quickest way. He was A+ for service!
We only use this facility when traveling out of Westchester. Quick, safe and reliable. Economical too.
Our Uber didn't show you so we decided to drive and park here without a reservation. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Will park rather than Uber next time I fly from HPN
