Even though I do not do much traveling, having access to parking local to me makes my travel that much better. The on line booking process was very easy-to-use. Upon arrival the check in was quick, the shuttle was there so no waiting. Travel time to the airport was fine. Prior to your return you get a text with a link to request the shuttle and your car well not the car since you park yourself which I prefer it also closes out your tab. Convenient. Friendly staff. My only issues were 1) that the website is a little misleading - the homepage notes free cancellation. But only after making a reservation did I see the fine print on that (if within 30 days of reservation, you only get a credit) so I didn’t make the changes I wanted to make. 2) I emailed info@pp2f.org 2-3 times and never received a reply. We’ve never used white plains airport before so we didn’t realize you had to book parking online ahead of time. Their lot was full…I discovered this on our drive down and then started to panic. With a quick google search, I found this place and booked it last minute online. It was not the easiest to find, but the service was great. The people were friendly and efficient! Parking for LGA has never been easier. The reservation process was quick and easy. Great location. Upon arriving at the garage, the shuttle was quickly loaded and we arrived at the airport literally 5 minutes later. When we came back to NY, they sent a text which sent the shuttle immediately and my car was waiting and ready to go. I very highly recommend using this parking garage and service.
I arrived got checked in the driver was waiting, he loaded my bags into the van, followed me to park my car and took me to the airport. Upon my return, I called to get picked up. They asked my ticket number and told me he would dispatch. A driver the driver.Was there in less than 10 minutes, took me back drove me right to where my car was parked. Absolutely wonderful. Highly Recommend your service. This is the second time I’ve used it and had great results both times.
