This is a great place to park out of Westchester County/White Plains airport. You pull up to the trailer/office. They inspect your car for scratches etc. They give you a receipt and rez# to call when you come back. You pay when you return, credit cards are okay also. I called them when I landed, the shuttle was there to pick me up within 10 minutes and it's a 7 minute drive to the lot. A big plus is the money goes to the school (Suny).
Best parking-for-airport service we've ever encountered. Everyone who helped us was friendly and helpful. Can't recommend this service enough. And the best part is all of the money goes to the school. From arrival at the lot to the airport terminal took about 10 minutes total. Pick up at the airport was about a 10 minute wait, then a 5 minute drive. Check out was easy. We will definitely be using them again.
Great deal for parking at Westchester County/White Plains airport. Instead of $27 a day at the airport, PP2F offers $10 a day when purchased online in advanced, and even offers an online deal to get one day free when you park for a week. great service. got a deal from groupon and tried it out. they valet and transfer your bags to the shuttle. they were practically waiting for us. when we returned, we called them and waited a little bit for them to pick us up. overall great service. nothing was stolen from the car either.
What a great service! Fast, prompt, courteous and you get to the airport with no hassle! Great price as well. You really can't beat it.
do not use this company you will miss your flight! we attempted to use long-term parking at westchester county airport. the website is incorrect, the directions are confusing and don't make any sense, no one answered the phone, and when i finally got someone on the phone, she hung up on me. fortunately, we made our flight by parking at the airport after abandoning this parking lot completely. complete disaster. please be warned that this is not a viable option for offsite parking at county . extremely disappointed.
SERVICE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. They stranded me at the airport in zero degree weather with no way to contact them. I called and emailed repeatedly the day before to make sure they would be there, and got no responses. The night I arrived, I called repeatedly and also emailed and texted, and got no response, just a message saying they were "on their way to another pickup and call back in a few minutes." Overall the service is very good and most of the employees are good with a couple exceptions. There are so many hidden fees: - credit card fees (if you choose to use cash, they do not have change). - service fee- what service? I made the reservation online and parked the car myself. - Fuel surcharge- they say free shuttle but charge you a fuel charge. I was also informed that the manager takes tips from the workers. I find that totally unacceptable.
IF YOU DON'T TAKE THIS ADVICE MAKE SURE YOU TAKE GOOD PICTURES AND VIDEO OF YOUR VEHICLE WHEN YOU DROP IT OFF IN THEIR FACILITY. On October 23rd I left my car at this parking facility. At that time I took a video inside their facility of the entire car showing no damage. On October 26th I returned to pick up the car.
