We have used this company at Westchester airport and did not have any issues. We used them this past weekend at LGA and it was a disaster. They don't give you the correct address on the email so if you enter it in Waze, it takes you about 2.5 miles away. The address that has East Elmhurst, NY does not get you there. So after going the wrong way and trying to find the correct location, (by the way don't bother calling at 5 am b/c no one answered), we finally arrived. website says they are open 24/7 and In the description it says they will pick you up day or night 24 hours. claim ticket said nothing about if/when they close. We had a delayed flight and arrived at 12:15 AM. We clicked the link in the text we received saying to come get us as instructed and got a message that they were on the way. We waited and waited and then tried calling....no answer. Had to call for an Uber which was over $25. When we finally got to the parking facility all of the place was shut down. In the description it says they will pick you up day or night 24 hours. We had a delayed flight and flew in at 12:00am. We received a text that they were on the way to get us. After 20 minutes we started calling. No answer. Had to call for an Uber. When we got to the parking facility all of their vans were locked up. The Uber driver informed us that this is a common thing. Beware if you are counting on getting picked up during non peak hours.
I'll keep it simple. Do not park here. Over a hour just to be picked up plus other issues.
Parked in the Newark location for a week. The shuttle never stopped to pick me up so had to take a cab because I was trying to get home after a long travel day. Well, once I got here they told me that they lost my keys and waited for me to get off my 20 hour flight from Singapore to tell me. ***READ THE FINE PRINT!! $17 per day is good, but then they added a credit card surcharge of 4%, a fuel surcharge of $4.00, a "service fee" (what the heck is that) for another $4.00, and then sales tax. Called when we arrived at the airport and they said they'd be right over in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later the van showed up and there were a LOT of people waiting and the van could not take everyone. My fault for not checking the reviews before booking. The address listed is NOT the location. And while their website says they are 24/7, they are NOT! I had an early reservation which they booked and yet I was there alone, the man that arrived advised they do not open till 5am and would not provide a shuttle until then. I told him I had a 6am flight and he didn't care. Been trying to book an Uber while I wait here.
It was so chaotic when I got there. I didn't know what to do after checking in. It was so loud in the office with people yelling. I'm not sure if I "self" parked in the right spot, so now I'm going to worry while I'm away. Poor signage! Will I get a ticket? Will my car get towed? I gotta say the shuttle driver was nice and let me sit up front when no one else would make room for me. I really don't think I'll park with them again. And if I did I'll get there an hour before I normally would so I don't get nervous about time.
Do not believe the website or phone recording that says they are open 24 hours. They are not. Do not make a 4 am reservation (which they will happily accept) because they are not open at 4 a.m. The man who doesn't answer the phone might answer the door, but he'll insist they're closed, despite all of the above, and despite multiple passengers whose reservations state otherwise.
