I had used this vendor a couple of times and the service was ok. I was very disappointed last night as I returned from a trip and waited almost an hour for a pickup from Terminal 4, D4. During my repeated phone calls, the receptionist kept telling me that the driver was on his way. Of course, this was not true and the near hour wait was unacceptable. Had she'd been honest about the wait time, I would have waited inside of the terminal and not outside in the cold.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I already had three incident happening with this parking. The first one happened when they had me wait an 1hr to give me my car supposedly because the battery was dead( fyi my car was brand new). Second incident: they made me wait for the shuttle an 1hr at the JFK airport(daytime). Third incident: they made me wait for the shuttle again but this time was for an 1.5hr(nighttime). WARNINGI DO NOT recommend anyone to use this PurchasePark2Fly Long Term parking lot ! My family of 5 and I usually travel and leave our car parked at either JFK LT Parking or Smart Park and have NEVER experienced an issue. We decided to try this one for a change. I cannot believe the absolute incompetence of the staff at La Guardia Purchase Park2Fly. I parked my car at the La Guardia Purchase Park2Fly from 12/23/2023 till 12/27/2023 and as I picked it up, I noticed a large scratch on the front bumper. And when I dare to mention it, the staff just shrug it off like it's no big deal. Upon inspection, there was white dust noted on top of the scratch, indicating it was potentially incurred fresh, at the time of getting the car out of the parked spot. DO NOT TRUST THIS PROVIDER. Disgusted, I booked long term parking two weeks ago with this company for a flight leaving tomorrow (Feb 11th) but thank God I checked my email, the night before I was to arrive at 6 am with my wife and 3 year old and park with them before getting on a early morning flight I get an notification (at 7pm) letting me know our reservation has been cancelled, with zero explanation. Call them up for pick up after landing, a bit frazzled. Don't have my ticket handy, and dude literally says I can't help you. I'm crossing the walkway, dodging traffic as we talk, so a bit winded and next words out of his mouth are "Lose the attitude!" I locate the ticket after a brief search, and another snotty response, "Oh, now you found it." I picked up my car and all the money and coins I had in the middle compartment was gone, my cell phone holder on the dash was broken and half a tank of gas was gone. They must have taken my car for a ride while I was gone. DO NOT ISE THIS PLACE. 0 STARS

They literally took my car on a joy ride, using up a half a tank of gas, stole all the money from the door, charged a bunk last minute fee, and their automated system was broken leaving us freezing in the cold for half an hour. Absolutely terrible. Avoid. Or at least leave a secret recording device and sue their asses when they steal your vehicle for the weekend. Absolute trash.

Their website's claim of "1/2 the price the airport will charge" is misleading and false since their advertised fee of $17/day does not include charges that are not disclosed on their website such as a hidden fee of $4 for a fuel surcharge, a service fee of another $4, and a convenience fee that pushed the actual charge to almost $26/day.
