Asking a series of questions that don't pertain to a person how do you do identify somebody Then you get them wrong they tell you you have to wait 30 days so you can get it right This pertains to fraud and identity theft Don't trust purchasing power they still your identity and sell it I made one purchase and returned an item and now they criticized me for it and to discriminate me

App keeps crashing immediately after start up

I had to download the app because the buttons on the website don't work half the time. Haven't been able to order anything because it keeps giving me error 0001. I got it to work once but closed out of it on accident and had to sign back in and haven't been able to since.

The new update may have made it to where the app on Androids don't automatically crash... but now all I get when opening the app is "checking for updates." Even after I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.... shouldn't need to go to the website to buy something.

I am a long time customer of 16 years and every since purchasing power change with verification phone number with this app it is not working , and my number has not changed and SSN number has not change. 1 year, today I have been contacting customer service and the supervisors to get my information fixed in their system and to fix it. I have 5 items in my cart and this stupid app is not working . Please CEO of purchasing power contact me today before you lose other customers from my employer.
Their warehouses need some work more often then not my packages are coning in wkth the boxes extremely damaged and falling apart the trampoline i ordered the shipping box had tears all over it

It's constantly stuck on "checking for updates" on the log in page. End up having to close the app several times before being able to log in
App ain't so bad but do not use this company. I ordered only 2 things and they messed up on all of them. Finally got the items I wanted payed them off, but then I had to call 3 different times cause they are still charging me even after the items payed off. The customer service is terrible as well.
