Many Items are not properly labelled. Look for furniture and the app and website show automobile tires 😂. Many Items show "limited availability" and then "no longer available" and kick you out of the app when you click on them Site and app need lots of work and maintenance.

Asks for identification everytime i try to use the service which normally i wouldn't complain about, however i have changed my phone number recently, (last year actually) and the service will not allow me to use this number to identify me, nor will it accept my employers phone number, my managers number, or my parents number.

The app worked fine the short time I had it installed. The company on the other hand was completely incompetent! It took them 9 days to process my order, for products showing in stock when I placed the order, then 6 days later they emailed me the products were now out of stock so they were canceling my order. I believe if the order had been processed in a timely manner the products would have been in stock and I would have received them! Do not use this company!

My experience has been awful!! For almost two months I have been trying to use the app. I've sent documents after documents after documents only to have several customer advocates to give me the run around. After almost two months of working with customer, I was told I could not shop with them because of fraudulent activities to my account and that they couldn't explain what the fraudulent activity was. It has been truly frustrating and not to mention a loss of $50 and a $96 allotment

Looks cool. Can't wait to purchase something on here. But why do I have to constantly do captcha when I am using an APP? That makes no sense to me. It's overboard even from a security perspective. I can't even browse without having to do a captcha every other search. I can understand doing it right before purchasing, just to be safe, but this is ridiculous. Tried going on my computer but it won't let me log in.
