I have used Purchasing Power since about 2011 or 2012 and right now I placed an order back at the end of July that I still do not have a resolution to. I have spoken to several managers and to a specialist who have not completely resolved missing items in a delivery. A manager even recognized that the company dropped the ball and he apologized profusely; however, it still doesn't resolve the issue. My daughter is without a bed and STILL sleeping in my bed. Its almost 2 months without resolution.

Felt deceived. The company sought me out sent me several things in the mail cleaning I could get an account however upon making an order even paying for the order I was denied because it has to go through my place of employment. Would have been a really nice facts to know from the beginning. I still get things in the mail from them letting me know that I still have an account but yet I can't use my account because my company is it signed up with them

Same problems over and over, can't verify my phone. It's the only number I have and its connected to ALL of my accounts. New update did not fix.
