I have been trying to make purchases since last week. I have talked to five customer service representatives today and no one would help me or help resolve my problem. I really hate this app. I'm a member and cant even get my orders submitted. I done updated my number over 50 times and it still keeps saying it's not verified or wont bypass security because of a transunion system that is used. Very inconvenient and the app needs to be updated. Im very frustrated about this.

DON'T DO IT!!! This is a Joke of a company. I was texted my delivery was on its way at 11:30am, and here I sit at 5:10pm still waiting and unable to contact a person about this. There's nobody to contact. It's all bs.
