The app will not recognize my email address when I try to log in. When I try to create a new account it says email address already in use.

My experience has been awful!! For almost two months I have been trying to use the app. I've sent documents after documents after documents only to have several customer advocates to give me the run around. After almost two months of working with customer, I was told I could not shop with them because of fraudulent activities to my account and that they couldn't explain what the fraudulent activity was. It has been truly frustrating and not to mention a loss of $50 and a $96 allotment

Looks cool. Can't wait to purchase something on here. But why do I have to constantly do captcha when I am using an APP? That makes no sense to me. It's overboard even from a security perspective. I can't even browse without having to do a captcha every other search. I can understand doing it right before purchasing, just to be safe, but this is ridiculous. Tried going on my computer but it won't let me log in.

I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years now (and spent at least 10k or better with them)through my company. For the pass year in a half my spending limit has continued to go down even though I have been making more money. The last I checked, when you make more money your spending limit is supposed to go up. that has not been the case for me. In the beginning, I loved this company. But somewhere down the line something with u guys have changed. It has not been for the better.

This app is awful! Everything is unreasonably overpriced! No thanks, uninstalling..

This allows our customers to pay over time for the products they need with no escalating fees or credit checks.

Won't let me log in..1st it was telling me to reset password..After I reset password now it says password invalid..I've never had problems with this app in the 2yrs I've been using it until now!!!

2nd time leaving a review the first one you got the same auto response everyone else seems to get. I've been trying for two weeks now to place an order and I simply cannot, if you have a prepaid phone or month to month like at&t, sprint, metro, t-mobile you can't use this site every time you call them or use their live chat they will tell you 24-48 hours and then today I finally got someone on the phone again and they told me they could pass it to a manager but it would take 30-45 days ! Avoid!!

If I could give this site a 0 then I would. BEWARE !! IF you have a prepaid phone service ex: Metro PCS, SPRINT, AT&T, T-MOBILE Etc... You cannot use the site it will flag error messages and will not let you check out , I have been trying for OVER a week now to get 1 item and check out and the response from them is always the same please wait 24-48 hours and try again or tech issues......... Meanwhile they have all my personal information and employment info simple advice avoid this site.
