App is not working as intended, but I see no update for it, only thing I can look at is account balance, can't see any items or do any shopping whatsoever

I've been trying for months to update my phone number to no avail. I have a new sprint number in my name, but still they can not verify me. I told them just call my work place to verify me or the damn phone company...I am so frustrated that I can't order anymore, or check to see how long it takes me to payout my remaining items. All because of a phone number...worst service I ever experienced.

Options aren't viewing. I click on the clearance and it just keeping on bring me back to the home page . Anything I click on just takes you back to the home page

It won't let me sign in, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and still won't let me sign in at all

Payment problems!!! Payments are taken out promptly, but will not show your balance being changed until it's almost time for the next payroll deduction. Then when it show up it's not the correct balance. Is there interest being charged to us and we're not aware about it? The option to buy and pay over time is okay, but not when your balance is always off!!!! Thanks for the response, but you all are getting paid on time...my remaining balance is always off & that has nothing to do with payroll!!

Depending on your employer, it could be 2 business days to 60 days. We do not charge interest for our items.
