Tried to update my phone #. It won't let me. I called an ya'll did not help either

Payment problems!!! Payments are taken out promptly, but will not show your balance being changed until it's almost time for the next payroll deduction. Then when it show up it's not the correct balance. Is there interest being charged to us and we're not aware about it? The option to buy and pay over time is okay, but not when your balance is always off!!!! Thanks for the response, but you all are getting paid on time...my remaining balance is always off & that has nothing to do with payroll!!

Ridiculously Expensive! You'd be better off putting any one of the items on a credit card and paying the interest. Or getting 0% financing through a store that sells the same items. Don't waste your money!

However, we offer employees transparent pricing and the convenience of paying over time for items they need and want without any money down. Paying with cash is always the best route but when doing so isn't an option, we're here for you.
Absolutely Terrible. For some reason after I changed my phone number on my account (which they can see I updated) they are forcing me to do a security update. I enter my current phone number and it would not let me enter my account information to check my payments made on the account. I called and they told me it's nothing they can do and I would have to use a totally different phone number or get a new phone number. I feel like this is a scam and they will continue taking money out of my pay.
