Great people in... (Verified Renter) Great people in the Main Office to work with, everyone has a positive attitude and is good at explaining the intricacies of things. Incredibly nice job on the grounds maintenance and the work out room. Quick responses on apartment issues. I feel rather fortunate to have a place here.
I'd tell them... (Verified Renter) I'd tell them all of the things I've already told you in this survey and say that most of the time it's a nice place to live but you have some nonsensical rules at times, like guest parking spots and the locking garbage.

Recently moved in... (Verified Renter) Recently moved in and have had pleasant interactions with all I dividuals who work at the apartment. The MX guys were quick and courteous, answered my question about an issue with a bird's nest that I was satisfied with, and I have no qualms about the process of submitting future work orders. The workers will get it done. My interactions with my leasing agent and the property manager were also welcoming and friendly. I feel like I picked the right place for myself and my dog.
It?s a good... (Verified Renter) It?s a good place I?m just irritated they didn?t come back when they said they would, and the leaks were left alone exactly how they were before I left for work. Not properly fixed for mold.
When I moved... (Verified Renter) When I moved in I was told that the carpet was changed and it was but I'm certain that the padding underneath was not replaced because every once in a while I stepped into a hole that appears to be in the padding. I am over all very satisfied with the maintenance department and these staff. They are always very friendly and willing to answer any questions that I might have.
