All repairs and maintenance have been done very professionally, and quickly, as promised by the main office after either submitting the request ourselves or it being mandatory maintenance required. I don't love... (Verified Renter) I don't love that smoking is allowed on patios. Every time I walk up my stairs I have to smell an ash tray.
I loved walking... (Verified Renter) I loved walking into the office and seeing the diversity and the community gathering there. It felt incredibly welcoming. Also, having a gym, hot-tub , pool, and community theater was just the icing on the cake!

I would give... (Verified Renter) I would give very likely a 10, but, sadly, the property outside is not as well kept as it was originally. And many renters are allowed very unsightly patios. We used to be fined for messy patios. The appearance criteria seems to have fallen. Degrades the property.
