Have had nothing... (Verified Renter) Have had nothing but great experiences while here. If experiencing an issue, or we have a request, the office has been absolutely wonderful and friendly, and do everything they can to accommodate our needs.
I do enjoy... (Verified Renter) I do enjoy that the complex is pet-friendly as I have a cat. Lately, however, there has been a very loud dog close to my building that barks for extended periods of time. That, alone, is enough for me to warn people off

They are also thorough in their"diagnosing" the problems including finding a problem I didn't know existed when they brought in the new dryer. They fixed the problem, immediately.

Richard and his... (Verified Renter) Richard and his partner were fast, courteous and professional. This cannot be said about other service techs I have worked with in this apartment complex.
The window in... (Verified Renter) The window in my children?s room is not fixed. I requested it to be fixed even before I moved into the unit. I have tryed to be understanding but it?s now the rainy season and I don?t want more water damage to occur To my unit.
