Lack of professional communication skills with clients; NEVER walked through the whole process, unethical and bad attitude on the phone, unpleasant experience with him. Do not recommend him ever.

Efficient underwriting.
It started out great, Quitin seemed super helpful and respectful. After a while though he was so hard to get into contact with, and once we did get ahold of him and tell him what we needed he never did it, even when we asked multiple times. That should have clued us in, but fast forward and we were 2 weeks out from closing. He refused to lock in our interest rate, said he would order an appraisal, but never did, and then ghosted us.
