I received exceptional service during my used auto loan process. Jada Baker, account specialist, provided services with ease. Opening my account was done over the phone and was able to sign my documents electronically. She was professional and worked timely, explaining the process every step of the way. My finance contact, Summer was fantastic to work with. She was so quick to respond to any questions and return paperwork to me and made my new vehicle purchase so easy. I love the fact that my hometown financial institution knows me by name and talks to me like they know me personally. Like Misty for example, today while in the Lake City branch, she handled my transaction quickly and professionally all while making small talk and having an amazing demeanor.
