The gentleman that helped me open an additional account did a great job.
If we could give her 1000 stars it wouldn’t be enough. Summer , from the Gainesville office is who helped us with our boat loan. We could not be more happy with how she handled everything and made the process so easy on our end. Would recommend her to anyone and Radiant Credit Union.
Easy and quick
Opening a new account was so easy as Kaya was so extremely knowledgable and helpful. Saved me hours of transfering direct deposits. She was very patient and explained all cocerns I had in great detail. I felt very satisfied my money was safe and in good hands at Radiant. She was very cofident and professional.
I applied for a home equity loan and the process was handled by Pamela and Colleen. They were very helpful and it only took a couple of weeks to be approved.
I have recently made a vehicle purchase using your FCU and I wanted it noted that the following people were very tolerant and patient with my many questions and concerns; Jada Baker Wynter Davis DJ Calli Knox Caitlin (from the Finance department) The above list is in no particular order.
