Loan application process was easy. Did this by visiting local branch and speaking with a knowledgeable representative. The loan was completely processed within two days. I had a question and called.and was able to be transferred to my loan processing agent. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service that seems to be lacking in this world these days. Not at Radiant though!
